INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

OVERVIEW

  • We ship to most addresses within Europe. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Orders ship from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.
  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed for in stock items before 2:00pm GMT will ship out on the same day.

  • DHL Express: 2 business day to most major cities in Europe; 3-5 business days for other areas.

WHERE DOES ROKA EUROPE SHIP TO?

  • ROKA ships to most addresses within Europe.

DOES ROKA EUROPE SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

  • No, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

CAN PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT MAILING ADDRESS FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS?

  • Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Your billing address should reflect the payment method address. Shipping address is at your discretion and can vary from the billing address.

AFTER YOUR ORDER

 

ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW QUICKLY WILL IT SHIP?

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT will ship out on the same business day. If placed after 2:00pm GMT, it will ship the next business day.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • Typically, no. However, in some rare situations, depending on how quickly we are notified, we may be able to make a change. If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately at +1 877-985-7652.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • Since orders are processed quickly, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. You can always return your order after you have received it.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center. An order tracking number, carrier specification and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • A tracking number will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation email. If you need assistance or have questions about tracking your order, please email support@roka.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

  • If your package is lost or you are having trouble locating your package, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@roka.com.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@roka.com.
